    I contacted the seller because the tracking info indicated there was a problem on the seller's end regarding unpaid postage. The seller replied quickly and sent another package immediately. I received the replacement in a few days. I was impressed with the seller's communication and resolution timeframe. The Item is exactly as described and a great value.

    Sarah contacted me after I did not receive the original order. EBay had already refunded me. Seller explained the reason I did not receive my calls was theydid not put enough shipping on the package. Seller apologized and sent me the training colors at no charge. I appreciate this. Seller s integrity and fantastic customer service
