  Product was delayed for several days, probably due to some issue with US postal, but product arrived not only as advertised but also sealed in a protective envelope, bubblewrap, and tapped cardboard box! Seller was also generous enough to send an authentic postcard with my order and a personal letter of thanks! Should I need anything from Japan in the future, I will be for sure checking this seller first for their great deals and dutiful shipping!

  Excellent customer service. I was looking for a specific edition that contained bonus content but had limited information to work with to figure out what I needed. The representative was able to help me figure out which version I was actually looking for. The books were carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition.   The books arrived in much better condition than expected (yotsubato 1-15). They were described as "good" but to me they look and smell almost new! Shipping was really fast, it only took 4 days. I also got a quick response from the seller, as I requested a specific shipping method, they are commucative. I am very happy, and can only recommend this seller. Thank you !

  Fast shipping, great packaging. Seller has great communication and great service. There was a mistake and 1 of the book were missing. Once contacted, the seller replied very fast and shipped the missing book as soon as they could. They provided the additional tracking number for that package as well.
