  Product was delayed for several days, probably due to some issue with US postal, but product arrived not only as advertised but also sealed in a protective envelope, bubblewrap, and tapped cardboard box! Seller was also generous enough to send an authentic postcard with my order and a personal letter of thanks! Should I need anything from Japan in the future, I will be for sure checking this seller first for their great deals and dutiful shipping!

  Excellent sellers! The books came as depicted and were in great condition. Volumes 9 and 10 were still plastic wrapped and pristine. Vol 5 had yellowing around the edges but otherwise great quality. (So not really a problem for me) Also a new record for shipping from Japan to the US. 2 days! That's ludicrous speed! The packing was excellent as the manga arrived unharmed. If I want more Japanese manga sets, I'd highly consider these sellers. Thank you so much!

  Excellent customer service. I was looking for a specific edition that contained bonus content but had limited information to work with to figure out what I needed. The representative was able to help me figure out which version I was actually looking for. The books were carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition. It was shipped internationally and had little to no issue. Fantastic seller, fantastic interaction, 100/10. Couldn't be happier!

  The package was sent in priority mail and came quickly after the contents were inspected to be in good condition. The packaging came beat up but the contents were unaffected. I negotiated a price I was really happy with. The books were same as the photos on the posting.

  Although it took a second to ship out due to holiday in Japan, it went well and arrived earlier than estimated. There were some cosmetic damages to the books, which was disappointing, though it was evidently clear these were at fault of the Delivery Service, and not the seller. The seller was quick to respond and was very informative and professional. For my first time doing international shipping, I was very happy with what I received and would purchase from this seller again.

  The books arrived in much better condition than expected (yotsubato 1-15). They were described as "good" but to me they look and smell almost new! Shipping was really fast, it only took 4 days. I also got a quick response from the seller, as I requested a specific shipping method, they are commucative. I am very happy, and can only recommend this seller. Thank you !
