  The item shipped within a reasonable amount of time. The item was wrapped in plastic and bubble wrapped. I wish that it had been shipped in a box. The item was not, totally, as described. There was a whole in the bag that wasn’t mentioned in the listing. I’m sure that I can repair it, but would have liked to have known. I contacted the seller about this, and while it took a few days to resolve, they were willing to resolve it. I did get the bag at a good price. I will continue to shop with them.

  I received my beautiful vintage Gucci clutch bag a day earlier than expected and the packaging had triple layer security in addition to the FedEx package. The value cannot be beat ( I won the auction) and the item is as described and in even better condition than the photos show. Attttt Seller that I would definitely buy from again!!!! Please bring more of these fabulous items. Communication and tracking were top notch!

Great price, good communication, super fast shipping (i was expecting it to take much longer from Japan to US & was pleasantly surprised when it arrived at my doorstep in just a few days! I actually wasn’t even home the first day they tried to deliver it because I wasn’t expecting it to arrive so fast!), great packaging - items packaged neatly & safely/were well-protected, & necklaces were beautiful just as pictured, I will def be buying more in the future!   This seller is seriously one of my favorite sellers, if not my favorite. Great items, incredible value for money. Items always as described. Packaging is excellent. The only downside is the high cost of shipping fees we pay for even combined shipping. It would be a great area of improvement and something that buyers should be aware of. We have bought hundreds of items from this seller and never had an issue. Highly recommended through and through! Thank you!

  Wow, just received my bag today, got it early than it stated, bag came in a packaged bag, double layered bubble wrapped and secured. The purse was in amazing conditioned as described in the pictures. Overall love it and would definitely buy from this seller over and over again! Great value!
