  The item arrived exactly as described, but unfortunately wasn't compatible with my vehicle. The seller responded very quickly when I expressed the concern and offered to refund the money and sent a return label free of charge. Wonderful seller- highly recommend! I'm sad the roof rack wasn't compatible with my vehicle, but recognize this has nothing to do with the quality of the seller. Thank you!

  I’m giving a 5 star review because of customer service and communication. I was accidentally sent the wrong item. Seller refunded my money and said to not bother sending what was sent by mistake back. “Just keep it, sorry for the inconvenience” For me that’s amazing customer service. I did indeed get my funds returned to my account.Unfortunately item that was sent is actually useless to me and I just tossed it out. Not having to go and take item to shipping company is priceless.
