Seller was very responsive to multiple questions raised throughout the shipping process. Unfortunately, I had to rate the shipping poorly because it took more than a month to get to me and the shipping cost was pretty high. The tracking information was not very helpful in trying to figure out where the item was and/or when it would arrive. I order items overseas on a pretty regular basis and have never had this much of an issue.
