  Although the Pro Buds 3 don't seem to be able to fit my ears because they constantly slide out, when I reached out to the seller for a return they were very fast to respond and they communicated with me very politely until a resolution was made. Because of their excellent customer service I would definately recommend doing business with this seller.

  It was fake item, it doesn't work well and on the top of that the seller put me a condition to write a good review to send me back my money which is a scam.

  Bootleg samsung galaxy buds through and through. The plastic grates on my ears because edges werent properly removed. My other galaxy buds never spoke to me, never had a clacky case that feels like cheap plastic its super light, the colors are all wrong for the lights on the case and there was never lights on the headphones. The condition also?? My case was scratched on the top?? Not worth the $60 price. Do not buy you will not get samsung galaxy buds live.
