  This equipment was not as described. Obviously it was a used product, screws were missing. Received only half the order and had to contact them for the other half which came severely damaged. Their solution was to give 100 off of a 1000 dollar order that can’t even be used. I was asked to send pictures of the entire package and they claimed the pictures were not clear so they were unable to tell what was missing. There wasn’t even an instruction manual provided. I will never order from them!

  I ordered the keyboard thinking it was a genuine Apple keyboard but it was a compatible one. I returned it and was issued a prompt refund. Good seller, just that the item was not for me.

  Where do I start..I’m so very happy and over the top satisfied with this purchase. It was a small issue at first but the seller went above and beyond and made this transaction complete. I’ll saved this seller as my favorite seller. My primary one stop shop for all my Photo Booth needs, even if it’s not Photo Booth related.
