  This particular model of sandal is not truly a Keen but very much like it. The seller was very gracious in accepting my feedback and did all they could to make it right. I would try and purchase from them again.

  I’m really upset that the top with this set is REALLY SMALL! I contacted the seller and they offered me a $5 dollar refund 😡 I told them I wanted a refund and they gave me some excuses about not being able to provide a return label and the whole process would take forever! Buyer beware!!
