  Great seller. First shipment was lost by the shipper, not the sellers fault. They sent out a replacement shipment and I got it fairly quickly. Price was overall great for the item.

  Arrived on time but the soldering iron element was broken, reported to company & sent photos - no problem to exchange & even refunded some money for inconvenience. Replacement took a while to arrive but great company to deal with, quick no nonsense replies - Happy with product, screw thread connectors bit cheap looking but do the job.
