    Great seller, I originally ordered 3 x 3/4 drive impact sockets which didn’t arrive. Contacted the seller who rectified it straight away. He sent 3 sockets, one of which was dearer as the one I ordered was out of stock, no extra charge and received all 3 a few days later

    Better than described, as they came in labelled plastic containers making storing easier. I had bought a set of three 2BA, form another eBay seller, and they came loose. Also fast dispatch. Well packed. Great comms. So very pleased. If I need any other sizes I know where I will be going. Highly recommend this seller.

    Any one can send out items and they get delivered. It’s when things start to go wrong, a company can show how good or bad they are. Anchor Tool Ltd are one of the best online companies I have ever dealt with. There was delivery problems and it was resolved very quickly and efficiently with great communication. Can’t recommend this company enough A+++++

    Unfortunately the courier, Evri mislaid the parcel. On contacting the seller they immediately sent a replacement by royal mail which arrived quickly. I highly recommend this seller for their excellent customer care.

    Product is god quality and condition good value and appearance. However no communication requesting trackind be over charged for VAT and had to pay for purchase on the door.A little disappointing as seller has not commuicated the IOSS Payment to the Post office which ebay has provided and has not included on the CN22. Please Ensure this is resolved also over charged on Postage
