It was packed in its original case and then that package was wrapped separately inside another shipping box, it too was well done. The ornament is in pristine condition. There was great communication. I'll recommend this Seller to anyone with the confidence that similar results will be enjoyed by others on their transactions. Great Auction.

Seller put bubble wrap around the box without protecting the individual plates so two plates were broken when the item arrived. When I notified seller that item arrived damaged, I received a response that basically said tough luck, file a claim with the USPS. Seller had to be aware the shipper needs to file the claim as the buyer does not have the required documentation. I filed a claim with eBay and received a full refund. Beware.
