Seller communicates well but delays responding to some inquiries. I highly recommend this vendor and product! The velvet pouches in picture is not included with this purchase. The organza pouch was included in purchase.

Arrived safely and was well packaged. Took longer to get to me than I’d hoped. Wasn’t mailed for a week after I purchased it, but perhaps the seller was out of town. That’s certainly not an unreasonable wait.
