Packaging was great the box got pretty beat up but the items inside where undamaged. The seller did a great job wrapping items for shipping. This seller will be added to my favorites.

It was purely accidental and return was initiated and completed promptly. Communication was good. Unfortunately, this time the product was not. I would not hold it against this seller, though, as they have an amazing track record--no one is perfect!
