  I was sent the wrong items, but it has been returned, and I assume that my money will be returned to my bank account. The seller has been stand up, and replied to my emails promptly. Although I just sent the items back this morning and I haven't received my refund yet, I am sure that I will get it as soon as he receives the items back.

  Item shipped a bit too slow, but once I realized it shipped from China, it was actually pretty quick for that length of trip--about 2-2 1/2weeks. Item looks exactly as described and has soft metal mesh sides (slightly softer than the other brand). Works just fine on the old K machine. Seller communicated well and courteously. Recommend this seller if you don't mind waiting a bit for your item.
