  USPS absolutely destroyed the package and the glasses case, yet the glasses frame was actually undamaged. Seller was responsive, professional, and friendly when notified. Seller agreed to send a replacement case at a later date, when one became available, and has stuck to that informal agreement. The prices on the Etnia frames are some of the lowest you'll find anywhere and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this seller again. Item was exactly as described.

  Bought these for pops because he’s got a scratch on the same lens set that he’s had for years and he was all bummed…so, I send a message to the buyer and he reached right back out to me almost immediately, made him an offer. He accepted and that was that…it was at my door in a few days. I wasn’t though I was in Hawaii, lol But no, I appreciate the packaging and they are true OEM oaks, just as described, A+++ seller and fantabulous customer service will be purchasing from the future! et

  So thankful the seller was willing to ship this to Hawaii for me! I bought this jacket to replace one I already had, so it was a bit of a sentimental purchase. Item was packaged well and arrived unscathed. The jacket was as described if not better than in the pictures. Truly a great value! The seller was a pleasure to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. Thanks again!

  The sunglasses I ordered arrived on time, in excellent condition, and I am thrilled with my purchase. I ordered , from a different seller, the same pair in a different frame color, and they arrived in a Tiffany box, lens cloth, and Tiffany glasses case. This seller DID say his glasses did NOT include the same accessories in his product description so I was not expecting them. Very pleased with the packaging, arrival time and price.

  Shipping costs were extremely reasonable and was quick, item was packaged very nicely and wrapped in bubble wrap, in excellent condition as described, and a good value. Seller is extremely pleasant and even offers suggestions of where to purchase lenses along with a discount code.   Glasses are very nice and exactly as shown and described. The quality and price are outstanding! Seller’s communication was extremely prompt and very professional.
