  The shipping was pretty quick on this item. I contacted the seller and he gave me a timeframe that was spot on. The value I think was solid. Item as described and matched the photo. The box that it came in was a little banged up around the edges and mostly the bottom had a decent dent. We plan to open them with our kids so we dont mind. But thought I should mention it.

  I was so worried about buying a Labubu on eBay with how prevalent scammers are right now. But this was 100% real and arrived quick! Absolutely safe seller! Quality:10/10 legit Labubu, no Lafufus here Condition: box was damaged but that’s a shipping issue Value: on par for a reseller right now, surprisingly affordable! Appearance: has typical current quality issues from pop mart but no issues from seller

  Great seller, authentic labubus! There is a known issue with older labubus where the QR code on the outer box doesn’t scan directly to popmart, so I was concerned that these were lafufus, but the seller informed me that this was a common occurrence and even encouraged me to open the carton to scan the boxes inside. The QR codes on the individual boxes and on the actual labubus all scan as authentic and first time scans (and as a bonus, we got a secret!)

  Although the items arrived weren't as described, and not "real", which was a real let down, because shipping time was pretty bad aswell (2-3 weeks) not even going to lie, the seller was always very responsive and reliable. I did ask for a refund and received it, no questions. Could of been a worst experience for sure, and i got to keep the lafufus.

  Communication with this seller was excellent. Unfortunately, the product wasn't authentic, so I can't give it 100%. But they were very responsible, and the issue was resolved without any problems. The seller was also scammed, and it's very sad that you can no longer be sure of what you're buying. Would I buy from this seller again? Of course.
