  Sunday August 17, 2025 I recently received the mailer with the Pennsylvania Coal-Mine 1870 report. It was wrapped safely and sent in a timely manner.. The text was described and the dealer answered an additional question concerning the Report.   Truly excellent seller. The book shipped very quickly and was packed more than adequately. The Albers Exhibition Catalogue is exactly as described. The plates are near mint with deep, vibrant colors. The seller even included a personal note and a “bonus” — a separate Albers pamphlet with pricing sheet, which carries historical significance.   Seller's a most gracious, conscientious person who has gone the extra mile to delight a Buyer who is presently in not the best of health at all, who even after the finest care conceivable in terms of his gradually diminishing health, has a good deal of difficulty in simply walking to the local USPS station to pick up a piece of certified mail after the USPS delivery agent had snafu-ed any serious effort at actually physically delivering the article and obtaining my signature for it. Kudos!
