Seller either sent broken item as new, or padded the package so poorly that it broke in transit. Either way, they tried to refund half my money. Dude, I don’t want 50% off a broken drive, and I really don’t appreciate being made to wait until eBay forces you to give my money back, which you already know they will. Should have heeded the other negative feedback. Thanks dïck.

Shipped out a new item with original box and another outer box. But the buyer claimed it damaged. I follow the eBay procedure to offer partial refund which the buyer declined. Then I take the return that will refund the buyer. The result is: I lost shipping fee and return shipping fee while the buyer get full payment back. I don't understand why this buyer suspect I sent broken item as new. I have seen many good-natured buyers but definitely not this one.
