  I ordered 2 5 Gal. Jerry Cans and one of the two cans was damaged, I presume in the shipping process. I contacted Yallstore and they shipped me a brand new replacement fuel can at no charge to me. They also said not to bother shipping the damaged one back to them. I had the replacement in hand within four days. Great customer service!!! Thank you Yallstore , Mike D

  The motorcycle wheel balancer they shipped to me did not look like the wheel balancer in the ad. There were pieces missing. I purchased this item from them based on price and features shown in the pictures. The item that arrived did not have the particular parts and features that was my reason for purchasing from this seller V.S. other sellers. I have tried to contact the seller twice over a week and they have not responded to my messages.

  Shipping was extremely fast. Beautiful guitar, great seller. Although I needed to cancel the purchase (due to buying as a gift, but person already had one) and it couldn’t be cancelled… I managed to sell it to another person for the same price. So, I wasn’t out any money. Great guitar and well worth the money. Needs slight setting up but all in all, I’m happy. Wish Amazon shipping didn’t leave it lying on a porch covered in snow and puddles of water. They didn’t follow delivery instructions
