  The batteries are advertised as Sony/Murata. The photograph is of Sony batteries. Sony sold their battery division to Murata and the batteries that were sent carry the Murata brand. I would have preferred if the vendor used an accurate photograph. If they wanted to use the now out of date Sony brand in the advertising it should have been explained up front, not after I received the product. I do appreciate that they used a normal envelop and didn't waste a ton of packaging on shipping.

  The item arrived when promised. It arrived in the envelope as a regular mail, so there is no tracking number. My USPS local office always loses mail and packages, so it all depends on luck here. The seller is responsive and promises to work with you. Luckily, I did not have any problems with this transaction.

  Good Seller. Ordered on 12/3/24. Arrived on 12/14/24. Estimated delivery was 12/10/24. No tracking # provided to verify checking. Came in regular mail in a business sized letter envelope. I was going to contact seller if product wasn't delivered today. Rated positive since the product did arrive.

  The item ended up with postage due on the 2 attempts of sending batteries. Both packages were returned to sender. The seller was very timely in communicating with me and making a refund. The batteries were very reasonable, thus I was disappointed this sale was not completed. Currently trying another seller.

  Item exactly as advertised. Item arrived late, but I suspect that was not the seller's fault. I reported it as late but did not request refund. Seller sent refund anyway. two days later, the batteries arrived. I'm currently trying to determine the best way to pay him after a refund. Great seller, no problems there.

  Would have preferred the item title and description omit Sony as nothing on the battery says Sony. Photos show Murata; title includes Sony. Seller explains that Sony became Murata. I accept that but nevertheless was expecting to see what was depicted in the title - a battery that says Sony. Good communication with getting back to me lol. Shipped timely as well .
