  I wanted sparkplug caps that fitted sparkplug with the fixed or screwed on caps. Advert showed what I wanted but the caps that arrived were different and for sparkplugs with the threaded top. The seller's sales people were very helpful but alas I didn't get what I wanted as per the advertisement. I was refunded the full amount and they also paid the return postage. Can't say fairer than that. Shame, I've used eBay for over 20 years and unfortunately this is second time I've had returned a item
