  Item was delivered to the wrong address. Seller was very helpful in sending a picture of exactly where the item had been delivered to. Informed that this was not my house and seller supported me through the refund process. Was refunded, but scared to re-purchase as Royal Mail are a bit useless!

  nice to see sellers selling genuine inks I have tried other and always find that the proper inks are better in came in no time at all only a couple of days and well packed I know where to get another when I am ready

  Item arrived and did not look like the colour in images. Contacted the seller who offered a refund of £3 and told me that was all they could offer and not to return the item would not order again bad seller bad customer service and a bad quality product

  As already mentioned brilliant seller and great communication as received a full refund from my original order placed . But because of a eBay error my items were sent to the wrong address. Which now lve renewed a new order with this same seller for the right address to receive my ordered curtains.
