  I was a little worried at first because I got a notification and tracking saying my items arrived but it was only a letter in the mailbox saying my order was on the way. I was concerned that I might not receive them and then since they showed delivered it would be hard to dispute not getting them. However, I messaged the company and they responded and let me know when to expect them and they did end up arriving a couple days later. I don't think the letter is necessary it just caused confusion.

  The grille looked great-only issue I had the ad pic looked like the grille was matte which is what I wanted, it was glossy. The shipping was quick. They were very accommodating with me returning the grille-I believe the ad said I’d have to pay return shipping but they picked that up also. I would recommend this company.

  Fast shipping, had one minor problem with the order, and they were quick to respond and quick to fix the problem. Got the fender flares installed and they look great. Will definitely recommend and do business with them again.

  These fenders arrived on time, well packaged with all the hardware. Did the install myself but I have to take it to a local shop for the electrical connection as I tried to do it but it seems the wire harness that came in the package isn’t long enough or perhaps I just don’t know exactly how it goes? Either way they look great on my truck and they look like they belong there. Only thing left is for the LED to be hooked up! Thanks to the seller for these.

  I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. They cancelled the order and gave me a refund the very next day. They had great communication, and even helped me find the correct item. I have now purchased the correct item with this seller. Thank you very much.
