    Item arrived exactly as described. The Yealink T46G was well-packaged, shipped promptly, and is fully functional with no issues. Display and keys are in excellent condition, firmware updated without a problem, and it registered cleanly with our PBX on first boot.     Great ebay experience! Item was exactly as described, including a minor flaw. How many times have I purchased vintage electronics on ebay only to be disappointed by unrealistic descriptions, or just DOA? Too many! This item was just as described, including the inoperative part (which I was easily able to repair). Accurate description, condition better than expected, and price was good, packing excellent, fast delivery.

    The phones came at an OK ship time. It was slightly slow. Upon arrival the handset cords were missing but the seller was very fast to respond to my message and is going to ship out the missing parts. The quality of the phones are just as described. They were priced at a good price point very affordable.

    Great transaction! A+++ seller! Exactly as described. Perfect communication. There was a bit of a shipping delay probably due to USPS but seller provided partial refund on the shipping. Would definitely recommend this seller!
