Display and keys are in excellent condition, firmware updated without a problem, and it registered cleanly with our PBX on first boot.   Great ebay experience! Item was exactly as described, including a minor flaw. How many times have I purchased vintage electronics on ebay only to be disappointed by unrealistic descriptions, or just DOA? Too many! This item was just as described, including the inoperative part (which I was easily able to repair). Accurate description, condition better than expected, and price was good, packing excellent, fast delivery.

  The phones came at an OK ship time. It was slightly slow. Upon arrival the handset cords were missing but the seller was very fast to respond to my message and is going to ship out the missing parts. The quality of the phones are just as described. They were priced at a good price point very affordable.

  I realized after ordering that it was shipping to an old address. I messaged the seller and they confirmed they could ship it to my new address. When the package was delivered, it was sent to the old address. Luckily I still live nearby and was able to reach out to the homeowners and arrange to pick the package up, but it would have been nice if the address change had been made. However, great product and overall satisfied with experience.
