    Seller should specify in the product description there are 2 catalytic converters. Went I bought and paid for the items I asked how many cats are there and if they are a direct fit for my car. Seller went and processed the payment ignoring my questions. Very poor communication. After a couple days I messaged the seller the same questions and instead of answering he went and cancelled my order with made up excuse that there is an issue with my address. poor communication and not professional.

    You asked the questions *after* you placed the order. eBay processed your payment. We have ZERO to do with that. The title says "converters" plural. The pictures show 2 cats, 4 gaskets, & description says "Placement on Vehicle: LEFT, RIGHT." Instead of messaging prior to purchasing, you said "I will not buy your product" in the notes of your actual order. Your follow up was rude. The final message threatening. I don't do business with people who don't respect others. Blocked & reported.

    Seller had very good communication handling the package shipment and delivery. Package arrived with parts as described in new condition.

    Good item. Okay seller. Bad shipping. It's okay though. Came with everything needed, and was/is a more then significant improvement. Was easy to put in to. Not even an hour.
