  Original item arrived broken but seller was very responsive and sent replacements that arrived very quickly and we're much better packed. Great ash catcher for the price and the service was fantastic. Would definitely buy from this seller again in the future.

  Quick delivery. Nice packaging. Brand new as stated came with a really nice travel box. I bought this for my husband and he loves it.
