  My car is a BMW G30 530d 2018, and the battery works fine. However, delivery took over 8 days, contrary to the description. Tracking showed the item wasn’t in the UK. If the seller had been upfront about this and offered a good price, I wouldn’t mind. But falsely claiming it’s in the UK to secure sales is dishonest and unprofessional.

  Unfortunately I never received the order due to the inept, incompetent and disgraceful service provided by the choice of courier - Yodel. To this date, Yodel have not responded to my email. I cannot fault the vendor for despatch, only for the poor choice of delivery. I will have to re-order the items, but only through a vendor who uses royal mail.

  Delivered as expected but a bit slacker than what I required on informing the seller we came a agreement that they would refund me to which they have, so pleased that we met amicably on a solution. A good seller to deal with.
