  Unfortunately item received was damaged (no fault from the seller) through shipment. I reached out to the seller to return the items, however the seller stated to keep the damaged item and would still issue a refund.   Seller sold me a defective backpack & I should have known when I saw CN. I paid $78 total & it took almost a month. The seller didn’t even know I had ordered until I asked when would I receive tracking. After paying $20 for shipping, it arrived today without protection in backpack or package, flat as a football. Belle is detached you can tell it it was never attached. This an immediate review, the bag doesn’t even say delivered yet. How did you not see this bag was made defective ?
