  This seller is wonderful! The pearls are beautiful. Nice round shape with next to no inclusions. Good lustre. Easy to work with and great communication! Item arrived quickly. They look exactly as described. Nicely packaged in a nice jewellery box.

  I received my pearls today and they are absolutely faaaabulous. Lightning fast shipping, packaged very well so no jostling in shipment, better than described and much much less $$ than buying from a jeweler. I am pleased as punch! Could not have been a better transaction! Perfection!!

  The item received is not the same as pictured. The light gray and gold pearls are not present. I communicated this to the seller, and seller said that they are doing things differently. Seller did offer refund after I return the item. I was unable to return due to I had surgery three weeks ago and unable to drive. I would be happy with a decent partial refund.
