    Hello, I apologise for this situation it was not necessary to leave us negative feedback for a situation beyond our control, spillage of the oil. It has been roughly handled by the shipping company. Such thing happens once or twice a year and we ship hundreds of bottles of oil worldwide. Ofcourse we will ship you new oil for free. It was just simply enough to send us a message and not damage our store's reputation with negative feedback for an event beyond our control.
