I messaged them and told them I had received it . As far as the product I haven't used it don't know if it works or not but the seller definitely wants

The parcel arrived nearly a month before the ETD, and given the problems with overseas orders these days, I was impressed! I think these reviews concern the seller, not the product manufacturer. I will warn future buyers, though, that this is a cute addition to bathroom decor. It isn't sturdy/stable enough to be a usable toilet paper holder.
