    Postage was an issue as it was not sent special delivery but seller refunded the difference so OK. Packaged nicely and in a gift box the pendant and chain are lovely and in excellent as described condition. Good value for a 14ct pendant and chain and the seller responded promptly to my queries.     My order was despatched promptly and I was kept informed of the delivery well. It was really well packaged and the product was as described. It was slightly more expensive than I was expecting, but seeing as it was a replacement for my partner who had lost one of her identical earrings, it was a price I was willing to pay.
