  Had major issues with UPS not delivering the package (took two attempts, many calls to UPS (zero help every time...) and over a month since purchase) but was not sellers fault. Seller worked to make things right. Good communication with seller, item as described, well wrapped, overall, would do business with seller again. UPS Is another story...

  Great value item! The packaging was excellent and the item was as described. The shipping was super super fast, just two days. The shipping box measured about (11ft by 4ft by 4ft). One of the best sellers on Ebay! Thank you very much!

  Teriffic seller. Item was in great condition - very nice quality and a clean appearance. Certainly as described in the auction. Seller packed item well - layers upon layers of packing to arrive safely from shipping halfway across the country. I would rather pay higher shipping so fragile items arrive in the condition were before the trip. As they say, "they went the extra mile". This seller certainly did. A good value overall.   I cannot say enough about how professional this seller is! UPS mishandled the painting I purchased (we’re talking multiple giant gashes in the outer box) and despite being well packaged, the rough handling in shipping damaged a few corners of the painting. This seller was super responsive and wonderful to work with in figuring all this out. The painting itself is beautiful and, besides the shipping damaged, is exactly as it was in the listing. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!
