  There were problems with this order. They did not match the image in the listing, and some batteries would not charge. Eventually received a refund and seller paid for return shipping. I am in the market for this product, but I need it to match the form factor of previous purchases. These were not compatible. Good communication with seller and prompt refund.

  My worst experience in 16 years on eBay (buying and selling). The wrong outdoor unit was sent (based on product photos), which required many extra hours to install correctly and tons of extra $$. We ve installed several, so we know what we re doing. The seller wouldn t send a manual no matter what (this should have been my clue to shop elsewhere!) Now the seller will not work with us on a partial refund unless I change my review to 5 stars, which I will not do! Avoid these guys at all costs!
