  The item was marked as 'used' & described as excellent condition. I needed a lap top for a new voluntarily project I am doing & I wanted one that would last a long time. I made an offer (I was not looking for a Dell) & it was accepted. Upon arrival it was set back to factory reset. It looked perfect, brand new & unblemished. No marks & mint condition. I am so grateful the seller accepted my offer as I could not of purchased another as perfect as this and in the original package. Thank you. x

  Fantastic seller. Laptop arrived very quickly and well packaged. The listing described it as used with some light scatches from use, however to my eyes its in absolute mint condition and I cant see any scratches, it looks new and absolutely exceeded my expectations. The performance is excellent and I feel all in all it was an absolute bargain and well worth the price paid. I would highly recommend this seller, thank you :-)
