  The wood chipper was despatched promptly ( 2 boxes ). Unfortunately the two boxes somehow got separated at the carriers with one being send to the wrong Fedex depot. This meant that whilst one box was delivered promptly the second box arrived 6 Days later when it was finally traced. No fault for this delay can be attached to Wrigtbuyers,both boxes had correct labels and Wrighbuyers were very helpful in sorting out the delivery issue with the Carriers.

  Excellent service from the seller. It was not able to ship right away, and a lovely lady called me to explain it was out of their control and ask if I that would be okay. It arrive exactly 24hours after that. The crate itself is very strong and sturdy. Easy to put up and fits my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. I can lift it in and out without flattening. Its light enough that I can lift it. It comes with dampeners to fit around the crate to stop rattles. My two dogs fit fine.
