    Computer came without a VGA port, something that was shown in the photos. The seller was highly responsive and helped me resolve the issue through an VGA to HDMI adapter. Would recommend and buy from again just by helping me with that issue!

    Took 2 days to create shipping label, box is torn with peanuts falling out and item is a little more damaged than expected from description on the corners (perhaps from the bad packaging). Still a good value for the money and laptop works well.

    Laptop received did not have dedicated graphics nor 16 GB ram .Otherwise description was accurate. Will have to repurpose since can't be used as intended. Packaging and shipping was excellent though. Need to find another laptop for my needs. These things happen when selling en mass.
