    The product in the pic in the ad was different from the P/N shown. Pic shows P/N TYDS008 (which has no antifreeze). I received P/N 10850 which contains antifreeze. Honest mistake. Contacted seller and they politely agreed to a refund. Seller had good prices, fast shipping, and were good to deal with. Would purchase from them again.

    I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I reached out to the seller and was able to order the correct size. They were gracious and quick in communication. The pads are excellent, were packaged well and came quickly. Top notch seller!

    Item was just as described, brand new in box, never opened, and all tags and extras intact and included. Honest seller, will do business with them again for sure! Helmet looks great, had the best price i could find anywhere, and it's a name brand helmet (Icon) so quality is there! Shipping was also fast!!!

    Seller listed part as made for my motorcycle. Received part looked different than what's on my bike. I contacted EBC and they told me I have the wrong pads. I contacted seller by phone and they stated they are correct and refuse to do anything to correct the issue. EBC has been helpful and another one of their vendors has stepped in to help. EBC is a great company that prides itself on their customer service.... Thank you EBC. This seller obviously not.
