    Item arrived in working order but it took 3 weeks. The packaging was nil. It arrived unpacked in its own box, obviously an open box. Although the communication was fine, I won't work with this seller again bc it took forever to get here, with no apologies. Good item, seller is difficult.

    Overall high-quality new product and it was very good price, it came a little later than expected, which is not the sellers fault, however, I did message the seller because I added the wrong address and I was hoping to change it and they never even responded to my message, it’s OK that they didn’t cause I still got it. It’s just not even responding?

    My order was shipped promptly and received on time. Packaged as if it was a new machine. No dings or scratches although it was pre-owned. Exactly as pictured and it is a tremendous value. I’ve purchased several items from this seller and I’m sure I will again. Thanks!

    The first machine was damaged in transit and, despite the transactions occurring over the Christmas holiday, sender promptly sent a free return label and refund. Second machine arrived promptly in perfect condition and sews as advertised. Seller was a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to take care of my problems.

    Everything looks to be as it should. I just haven't had a chance to set everything up yet. Wish I could say shipping was fast but, USPS dropped the ball and it was stuck in Indianapolis for two+ weeks (arrived on May 19th). Definitely not the sellers fault. Thankfully, it was packaged well and arrived in good condition. Would buy from again if the occasion arises.
