    Exceeded Expectations – Arrived Like New! Although the sewing machine was listed as pre-owned, it arrived in like-new condition — perfectly clean, with all accessories included and very carefully packaged. Delivery was fast and communication was smooth throughout the process. I was so impressed with the quality and overall experience that I’ve already purchased three more machines from this same seller. Highly recommend!

    Item was as described, shipping was fast. Everything was in the original packaging. The seller also placed a sticker on the box to verify that it had not been opened.

    Quick shipping. Packaged well. Product as described. I just wish the store would have responded to a question I had after purchase. Never heard back. Contacted Brother for assistance.

    The box was a little damaged when delivered but the styrofoam inside helped keep the machine from being damaged. It came as described, and communication from the seller was great throughout the process.

    Overall high-quality new product and it was very good price, it came a little later than expected, which is not the sellers fault, however, I did message the seller because I added the wrong address and I was hoping to change it and they never even responded to my message, it’s OK that they didn’t cause I still got it. It’s just not even responding?

    Item arrived in working order but it took 3 weeks. The packaging was nil. It arrived unpacked in its own box, obviously an open box. Although the communication was fine, I won't work with this seller again bc it took forever to get here, with no apologies. Good item, seller is difficult.
