    The item is described as being on the softer side but doesn't affect the item itself (personal preference). The packaging was great, as it was packaged in a bag and then put into a box for waterproof protection. while shipping was easy to track. If they get any of the ones we are missing, I would purchase from them in the future. The price was in line with what we were expecting for a discontinued item.
