  I placed an order 2 weeks ago the figure arrived sooner than the estimated time, however the box was damaged and the figure had manufactured faults which were not the sellers fault. I contacted the seller whose response was immediate and for my surprise he offered to replace my order with a new one without extra charges.   Had shipping / packing issues; seller promptly responded & resolved with a negotiated credit. Unfortunately, due to said above issues, once opened and inspected, found significant damage to figure. Seller once again was prompt; we discussed the issues & seller issued immediate credit. Respect any seller who addresses issues in a fair, and timely fashion. And because trust is foremost in any relationship or transaction, I highly recommend & would do business again in the future.
