Eye color was a bit dried out. I understand the consignment process. It was new and in the box. Not the seller's fault, they can't open each and every thing to check for consistency and the like. Communicated with him, he refunded purchase price and was cordial and even though I ended up tossing it, I absolutely would not have a problem buying from this seller again.
