  Thermo Mug was shipped in a thin poly bag with a piece of corrugated paper wrapped around it. Not much protection from the machinery that all packages go through at the Postal Service. The metal mug was dented in. The seller was quick to respond to messages and offered a replacement.

  The order was a 2 pack one was fine while the other one was severely damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller and they gave me a 50% refund on the purchase price. Great seller quick response, Thank you

  Exactly as described and shipped in an additional box, which is more than o saw for other Weber parts from box stores. Needed these grills to replace the stock ones they work with the Weber Gourmet grill system.
