    Don't want to leave negative feedback for the seller, but a bit annoyed. They did not have the item in stock and were relying on JLR having them available to order, this was not mentioned in the listing. I already knew the item was on backorder elsewhere, hence trying to purchase from someone who had them 'in stock'. Seller notified me immediately and refunded straight away but would have been better to state that they did not physically have what they were selling.

    Excellent service from the seller. They responded quickly to my questions and gave full reassurance that the key case would fit my Range Rover. They also confirmed I could return it if there were any issues. The item arrived very quickly and was exactly as described. Great communication, fast delivery, and a smooth transaction overall.
