We found three bad units out of a batch of 100. I reached out to them to let them know, and they quickly sent three working replacements without too much hassle. The packaging was great, and they offered a good value for the money. Some of the chargers had blemishes or stickers from the previous owners, but overall they had a decent appearance and looked like I expected them to.
