  Thanks so much. This is just as described and impossible to find in our country. Shipping was crazy but the sender posted straight away, the service used meant it was repackaged 3 times and took 3 weeks to leave the US. I love the product and highly recommend the sender, just not the shipping service. Many thanks.

  The remote arrived in the factory box and like new packaging as described. Looks brand new, works great at a nice discount from what you’d pay retail. I reviewed probably one and a half dozen different sellers of similar product (open box or used-like-new and around $45 - $50). Seller set themself apart with the eBay-certified open-box credentials (the admittedly, I didn’t dig any deeper into what exactly that is) and the included 1-year 3rd party warranty for essentially similar cost.   The item was brand new as stated in the listing, it hadn't been re shrink wrapped as far as I could tell, it works perfectly and the box was clearly stored in a good environment, no moisture damage or stange smells, shipping was prompt and very fairly priced considering the weight of the item, the price of the item itself was also excellent! It was very well packaged and arrived in perfect cosmetic and functional condition, overall an excellent experience, I would buy from this seller again!

  Quality is good. The condition is as described like everything is there. Seller also made it fully protected and I appreciate it that it’s added extra protection upon my request. Seller also showed me that it’s wrapped around with bubble wrapping. Value of it was worth the price and great to be added to my collection.
