    I am very pleased with the seller. I had a question and they responded immediately. They shipped the unit the very next day and packaged it well. However, the battery was dead and would not take a charge. Fortunately, I had a battery from the unit I was replacing. Cable port cover was broken off. Buttons are not always responsive, they must be pressed several times for the unit to respond.
